Ceramic Fibre Anchoring Systems

The major cause of failure with conventional fibre anchoring systems in furnace applications is the metallic components used in their construction. Working closely with furnace manufacturers and operators Cooinda Ceramics developed and patented its unique all ceramic fibre anchoring system

The Cooinda system utilises all ceramic components thereby eliminating the need for engineering skills (welding etc) for installation and / or replacement and considerably increasing the operating life of the anchoring system. Our system also includes a range of threaded ceramic hooks for hanging element tubes.

The system's design offers a simple and easy method of operation and the compound formulation ensures maximum high temperature strength and resistance to thermal shock.

For those furnace applications still using conventional anchoring systems Cooinda also manufactures a range of standard fittings including both round and slotted hole cuplock anchors
